Discover Everything You Need to Know
An alternative to scented candles and other home fragrances, reed diffusers are quickly rising in popularity. These products allow scent to be continuously diffused into the air throughout a room and typically last longer than scented candles without the use of an open flame.
In a reed diffuser, the scented oil travels up the wooden stem and is naturally released into the air. Because the reeds are positioned at different angles, they disperse the fragrance in different directions, allowing for easier travel throughout the room.
How to Use a Reed Diffuser
1) Place a few paper towels beneath the diffuser vessel in case of spills. Do not place it on wood or delicate surfaces, as the oil may stain.
2) Place the reed sticks that came with your diffuser into the vessel at different angles to absorb the fragrance oil.
3) Soak for 24 hours before turning the reeds over with a new reed diffuser.
4) Flip the sticks so that the ‘dry’ side is in the bottle and the dipped end is out of the bottle.
5) Let the reed diffuser naturally disperse into your space.
6) To adjust fragrance intensity, flip the reeds. The more often they are flipped over, the greater the scent’s intensity. If the fragrance is too intensive, remove a few reeds until the desired fragrance level is achieved.

How to Take care of Your Reed Diffuser
1) Choose the Best Place for Your Reed Diffuser To get the most out of your reed diffuser, always make sure it is placed somewhere with good airflow to ensure that the fragrance fills the space. Do not place your diffuser too close to the airflow source, as it can speed up the evaporation of the fragrance.
