We’re so excited that you decided to place an order with TWIST Perfumes. Here’s what you need to know about shipping. 

  • All orders of $40 or more will ship free! We’ll apply this discount automatically at checkout.
  • We currently ship to any state or territory within the US and Canada only. If you are outside of these regions, we unfortunately cannot ship to you at this time. But please check back soon - we are actively working towards offering more shipping options!
  • Once your order is placed, we will have it shipped out within 3-5 business days. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email you provided with the order.
  • Each order will be shipped with a complimentary 2ml sample for you to use to evaluate if you like the product before opening the full-size fragrance. If you like the perfume, please keep the order! If you don’t, you can send it back free of charge as long as it hasn’t been opened. 
  • By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

LET’S TALK ABOUT RETURNS

Sometimes things don’t work out - we totally get it. We’re happy to offer all customers free exchanges and returns on any unopened order with our 100% Love-It Guarantee.

If you’re ready to make a return and your merchandise is unopened, please reach out to us via our RETURNS PORTAL. If approved, we will send you a shipping label via email that can be printed and attached to your return package. Items must be shipped within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for refund.

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks of receipt. We will refund the total cost of the returned item(s) to your payment method on file for the order. The shipping costs are not included in the refund if your order value was below $40.

If preferred, we also offer refunds via store credit. Please specify which method you’d prefer on our RETURNS Page. Please note that we can only process one return or exchange request, so if you need to return multiple items, they must be sent together in the same package using the same return label. Once you've completed a return or exchange, you cannot repeat the return/exchange process, and any exchanged item cannot be returned.

Please note, a picture of the item is needed to authorize a return, and this is a required step as part of the return request procedure. Unfortunately, In the event of a refund on a purchase that received a free gift or complimentary bottles, the gift and/or bottles must be returned as well and must be in good condition to qualify for a full refund.

You can only return the order once and get full refund, after the 2nd order, the shipping cost of the return will not be refunded.

Sale, clearance, and customized items:

we cannot accept returns on solid perfumes, opened and engraved perfume bottles at this time. We also do not offer refunds on sale or clearance items (items purchased using a promotion or discount code) - these are final sale.
