Q: What is TWIST Perfume?

A: Bonjour! TWIST Perfume is an international perfume house imagined with the idea that luxury fragrance should be accessible to all. Learn more about us in OUR STORY.

Q: What does ‘TWIST’ mean in the perfume world?

A: Great question – in the world of luxury perfumes, ‘twisting’ a perfume refers to when two or more existing fragrances are blended together to formulate an entirely new creation.

Q: Why are your products so affordable?

A: We believe that luxury fragrance should be accessible to everyone. By cutting out the middleman, avoiding expensive celebrity endorsements and buying ingredients direct from the source, we can craft luxury fragrances at a much lower price point without compromising quality that can be said to be dupes of your favorite luxury fragrances.

Q: Are your products as good as luxury name brands?

We do not compromise on quality when it comes to our products. Each of our fragrances is carefully crafted by world class perfumers using the finest ingredients from around the world. They also undergo intensive evaluation by leading experts to ensure that the quality is up to our high standards.

Q: Where do your ingredients come from?

A: We source our ingredients from around the world, using the most premium, high-quality options available such as lavender from France, fresh oranges from Florida and sensual vanilla from Madagascar.

Q: Are your products clean and paraben-free?

A: Yes, all of our products are completely clean and paraben-free, produced with clean ingredients and a focus on naturality.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: No, we are both cruelty-free and vegan and do not test on animals.

Q: Are your fragrances IFRA compliant?

A: Yes, all of our fragrances are fully IFRA compliant.

Q: Are your fragrances long lasting?

A: Yes, all of our luxury fragrances are crafted with long-lasting formulas. 

Q: Do you offer custom fragrance options?

A: Yes, we offer the option to create your own CUSTOM FRAGRANCE. You can create your own fragrance from scratch or craft your own twists as dupes based on some of your favorite existing perfumes.

Q: What should I do if I’m not sure what fragrance to buy?

Q: Do you ship to where I live?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We’re always sad to hear that a fragrance hasn’t worked out for you. Unused products that have not been customized or engraved can be returned or exchanged for free. A return shipping label will be provided for you to print and attach for your ease. Please refer to our SHIPPING & RETURNS page or contact us for further assistance.

Q: Why were two samples included with my perfume purchase?

A: We always include two samples with each full-size perfume purchase: one sample of the perfume you selected and one sample of another that we think you’d enjoy based on your selection. We include the samples so that you can test out your fragrance before you open and use the full size to determine if it suits you. Once opened, the full size fragrances cannot be returned.

Q:  What is the sample included with my perfume purchase?

A: Each order comes with a free 2ml sample so you can explore different scents for future purchases 🕵️‍♀️💖Because life is too short for just one scent!
