NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Twist Perfumes “No Tricks. All Treats.” Halloween Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Twist Perfumes (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 13, 2026, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Option A: Social Media Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

  1. Follow @twistperfumes on Instagram and @twistperfumes on TikTok.

  2. Comment on the official Halloween Giveaway Instagram post with the two (2) Twist Perfumes scents that match your Halloween vibe this year.

  3. Bonus Entry: Share the official giveaway post to your public Instagram Story and tag @twistperfumes.

Option B: Automatic Entry via Purchase

Every valid purchase made on twistperfumes.com during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive two (2) full-sized Twist Perfumes of their choice, each 100 ml (3.4 fl. oz.), matching the scents selected in their entry.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitutions are permitted.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on October 31, 2026.

The winner will be notified via private Instagram direct message (DM) or through the email address associated with their purchase. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be drawn.

6. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced on Twist Perfumes’ official Instagram Stories on October 31, 2026.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
