Twist Perfumes Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor:
The Twist Perfumes Scent Wardrobe Refresh Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Twist Perfumes (the "Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

2. Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and affiliates of Twist Perfumes and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must either shop from our Scent Wardrobe Refresh Sale or complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

1- Follow us on TikTok - (@twist_perfumes) and Instagram (@twist_perfumes)

2- Tag a friend in the giveaway post on IG

4. Prizes and Winner Selection:
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Twist Perfumes Gift Voucher worth $150

5. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where they entered. They must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners will also be announced on Twist Perfumes’ official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) on August 19th. By entering, participants consent to having their name and/or social media handle published if they win.

6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

7. Publicity & Privacy:
By entering, participants grant Twist Perfumes the right to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected from participants will only be used for administering the Giveaway and will not be shared or sold.

8. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Twist Perfumes, its affiliates, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

9. Social Media Disclaimer:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By participating, you agree to release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any claims related to this Giveaway.

10. Governing Law:
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
